Cidadoura Flame brings the elements together for an afternoon of fire — live cooking, embers, smoke and wines from Oeste.
In partnership with Quinta da Almiara and Quinta da Folgorosa, we invite Novo Parque to share an experience that goes well beyond lunch. It is a moment of discovery: the scent of wood smoke, Atlantic landscapes and the unhurried rhythm of open-fire cooking among the vines.
Starters
Selection of traditional cured meats grilled over embers · Board of aged and cured cheeses · Artisan toasts with extra virgin olive oil and fresh rosemary · Camembert gratinated over fire with seasonal grapes, honey and walnuts · Bruschettas and tapas prepared live over open flame.
Soup
Creamy fish and roasted pumpkin soup from the fire pit.
Mains
Slow-roasted pork shoulder over ground fire, with sweet potato purée.
Octopus rice slowly grilled and finished over embers.
Dessert
Grilled bean tart, crisp on the outside and soft within, served warm with a scoop of creamy ice cream.
